The process (applies to web development projects including CMS).
1. The interview stage
before we begin to design the new website.
We will gather information about your your business, website goals, review existing
artwork, and layout strategy
2. Information gathering stage
We will setup a project point of communication where you can upload your pictures, text, logos, video and samples sites you like.
3. Place a deposit
We require that you dposit 50% of the projects cost or pay based on milestones achieve
4. Sample Page or Developement of Application
with 72 hours we will send a total of two different layouts for you wesite
5. Revision Stage
submit any requested changes tou us.
We seek clarify any questions and ensure that the changes are within the scope of the
initial proposal. You can make an unlimited amout of requests for changs during the project
6. Finalization Stage
once you sign off or approve the third stage, the work will begin, and after this process no changes can be submitted. Therefore, you should review your changes carefully before
presenting them.Once an item has been approved, it cannot be revised again without incurring additional charges.
7. Implementation Stage
Once you are sign off or approve the preseding stage, we will begin laying out th subpages and coding the actual HTML/CSS/Flash pages for your site. Turnover depends on the amount of pages developed. if you have 5 it takes 4 if you choose 10 then 6 days and 10 days for 20 pages
8. Final Approval Stage
Once your project is completed, you will receive an "Approval of Completion" letter. In signing and returning this letter , you agree that all work has been completed to your satisfaction. At this point, the remaining 50% of the agreed-upon proposal fee is due or the last milestone
"fee is due". Once we receive the signed approval letter and payment, we will transfer your website files to you. In the case of a new website, it will be made "live."
